I need to create a subscriptions page similar to Jeremy Keith’s. I’d like to make it relatively simple to maintain though.

@cdevroe Oh that's a good idea. I know Inoreader allows syncing OPML updates to a dropbox folder. I wonder If putting a script or stylesheet or something around that would work. You've got me thinking!

@toddgrotenhuis blot.im & inoreader combined users probably have some powerful automation available here

I was thinking maybe a simple WordPress plugin (since that is what I use) that could just display an OPML file like Jeremy’s is displayed. I can easily export OPML from NetNewswire.

@cdevroe product idea: a web app to convert OPML files into pages like that, so people can easily browse & cherry pick from other's RSS feed diets

@cdevroe @w4rner This seems relevant to this discussion: ruk.ca/content/h... You can style an OPML file, it turns out!

@bgilham gonna have a go at replicating next week on my w4rner.com GitHub Pages pure HTML site. Might save me having to follow @cdevroe worthy dictum XD

@w4rner probs gonna style the page w4rner.com/following to poke fun at Insta (also because the tense of the word 'read' is too ambiguous in Ruk's)

@w4rner I'd love to see it when you're done! I'm not going to lie, I'm kind of enamoured with building an app for it too.
