@akurjata Just code. The catch is that if you put more than one link in the post, it blows up. You end up with a title in the middle of your post. 😂

@mikehaynes oh cool! Is that in the code or do you use a plugin? I’d like to implement something similar

@akurjata Yeah, i'm sneaky like that. Behind the scenes, the post looks like this, then the CSS just handles the rest.

@mikehaynes oh, so you have link posts defined so it LOOKS like there is a title, but there actually isn’t (on your site)?

@akurjata It's not pretty but those are just posts that don't have a title and contain all the content in the body of the post. As long as you stay under the 280 characters, it'll come through clean. I use it specifically for link posts, where I don't want to link back to my own post. Any normal posts, I use the title field, which triggers the usual Title and URL post on MB. Hope that makes sense!

@mikehaynes question for you! How do you manage to get a post summary to show up in the microblog feed, rather than just a title and link. It's much nicer, imo. Thanks n advance!

Alphabet’s Nest is Being Folded Back into Google →

This made a ton of sense when it was rumoured several months ago and even more now that Google’s intensified their hardware efforts. As a heavy Google and Nest user, I’m excited to see what this means for both companies.
