@rosemaryorchard I’ve found that Apple Music is inconsistent about lyrics. It seems if the album was purchased or was added through iTunes in the Cloud, it won’t show lyrics. Music I had prior to Apple Music doesn’t give me lyrics as an option, despite downloading it fresh.
