@PhoneBoy I get grumpy if I don't eat regularly. It doesn't have to be a lot, but it has to be something. How did you make the switch?

@PhoneBoy One of my issues with intermittent fasting is the pain/discomfort and awkward noise of an empty belly while fasting. How do you deal with that?

@PhoneBoy Fair point. I definitely seem to find the discomfort less tolerable than others, and haven't been able to get past the point of noticing it, but it seems common for people to say it just stops being an issue.

@belle @Verso you get used to it. Ease in and extend the fasting period by an hour every few days. Also make use of the night - it’s an 8 hours where you most likely don’t eat. I do 7pm to 11am... that’s the latest I can go without coffe, but I do have caffeinated tea earlier.
