Australia all out for 223 in the ICC Cricket World Cup semi-final against England. Some really outstanding bowling by England. I’m hopeful but, given the last couple of days of India v New Zealand, taking nothing for granted. 🏴 🏏
@TheDimPause I have been trying to follow the tournament but as an American it is difficult. So reports like yours and others are very welcome. Still fairly new to following cricket, wondering is 223 good or just okay?
@klandwehr 223 is really on the low side of just okay :) It’s always difficult to say with certainty, a lot does depend on conditions, particularly on the quality of the pitch, but typically in a one day 50 over match like the World Cup, a score of 300+ would definitely be considered good, 250-300 reasonable.
