I agree completely, Brad!! The Carter presidency years were tough ones, with those looooong lines at gas stations and sky high mortgage interest rates. But I've felt for a long time that he has been the best ex-President in my lifetime. He's written quite a few books and I always get them when I see them in the used book stores. I wish him well, but he doesn't need my help. He's doing just fine on his own, always self sufficient and always helping his local community, as well as folks in many other places around the world. He's a good Christian.
