Ran out of hay fever tablets a few days ago and thought I’d see how I would be without buying some more. Turns out not so good if this evening is anything to go by, pollen is on an all out offensive. Itchy eyes, itchy nose and all the sneezes. ∞ ⋯

@philbowell You should try a neti pot before going back to the pills. I haven't used hay fever meds in years because of them. Instant relief and in my case a permanent solution.

@Ron thanks for suggestion, I’ll take a look. I don’t really suffer with congested sinuses though, it’s more irritation with very itchy eyes and sneezing.
