@Cheri totally awesome. Of course I’m not writing a novel, rather a very very short story but hey it’ll be my first :)

@Cheri I'm not technically doing NaNoWriMo this year but I am writing a bunch for my (non-fiction) blogging book. Good luck to you!

@richardleis I’ve had a good first week too, thanks. Some easy days and two full-on procrastination days. 😁 Pretty normal.

@richardleis My best workarounds are to take a walk, listen to some mood music, and/or try writing using a timer for 20-40 minutes. Usually if I set a low goal (I have to write at least 400 words, but then you can stop) it gets me going.

But sometimes I just sit at my desk and pout. 😂

@Cheri The daily prompts I set up about moving forward and having fun are working for me. I haven't got far yet, but I'm definitely having some fun.
