I’m struggling to function during the day and I’m dreading the night. But in the wee hours when I’m awake and in pain and feeling hopeless, th... Kyeli.micro.blog

@Kyeli that’s horrible, and tiring too, a close friend of mine had been a restless leg sufferer for quite a while, got her on to magnesium in an oil form, and she now swears by it. I use the same, but to soften the muscles in my hip and back when I get a nerve pinch, it helps a lot. The stuff I use is Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil Ultra, you can get it on Amazon as well.

@matpacker thanks! I take a lot of magnesium and I have some mag foot cream too. It usually works! But for some reason it isn't working this time. Sigh. 😱

@Kyeli hey Kyeli. CBD is worth a try. I’ve started using compression socks. They're amazing support in the day and people use them at night too. I use Physix Gear Plantar Fasciitis Socks. Have a look at the reviews on Amazon. It might be something that works for you. They're tight but you get used to it. Good luck!

@hollyhoneychurch I got some CBD pills; is that the best form, do you think? And wow, compression socks - I never thought of that! I'll get some, thanks!! 💖

@Kyeli cool! I haven't tried the pills. I’ve had the oil. It takes time and tastes strong but it does help. Vaping has faster effects. I believe you can get CBD flowers now too. The oil has to come from a reputable source.
