@gaby Fastmail users. Do you use its official app or you configure it with either mail.app or Spark?

@Gaby I’m using the iOS app, and just the web app on my laptop (Firefox on OSX).

@Gaby I use the official app and Mail.app on my phone and the web app (sometimes) but usually just Mail.app on my Mac.

@Gaby Like @pratik, I also use their app. I've used Fastmail for years and their more recent updates to the app over the last year or two have helped quite a bit.

@Gaby I use Apple Mail for my regular email accounts. I use the Fastmail web app for my customer support email, just to manage and track customer support inquiries separately.

@Gaby On iOS it’s configured on Spark and mail.app. I have the Fastmail app installed, but never use it. Gave it another go a couple of days ago, but Spark is too good to let go.

On the laptop I only use their web app, feels better somehow. Love the keyboard shortcuts and see no need to have another one for dealing with email.

@Gaby On iOS the official app. On macOS and Windows the site. But I also configured two of the core email addresses used with Fastmail in my mail apps. I use a lot of aliases and these are best managed and used in the apps.

@Gaby This thread made try Spark on macOS again, it's pretty good. The fact that it syncs all accounts and aliases is a big plus, as it's up and running in no time.

@maique Spark is the mail app to use on macOS, in my not so humble opinion 😅

@Gaby I like it, but usually have no need to have an email app open all day, so when I need to send or reply to something, I find it quicker to open a new tab on the browser and just go to Fastmail there. I have a couple of accounts not hosted with them (.mac, and such), but they go unused for ages...

@Gaby I use the iOS/MacOS stock apps for Fastmail access. Interesting side note, Fastmail is one of the few mail services that get true push mail with Mail.app on iOS ,without using a 3rd party. They have a “deal” with Apple that allows this.

@Gaby on MacOS, Mail.app and on iOS the official Fastmail app because of labels and convenient rule making. Also way easier to Select All to Archive in Fastmail app.

@Gaby I’ve always used other apps. I like a unified inbox and work uses Gmail. Also, part of what’s great about Fastmail is it’s really good IMAP. That said, I use Fastmail’s server side actions a fair amount and have always been massively impressed with their web app.
