@Cheri I’ve never been a PSP. I’ve looked tortured, or grumpy at best while jogging, and that’s in the afternoon.
It’s now been 25 years since the last time I jogged. I’m making efforts for it to not be 25 years until the next time, (because then I’ll probably be dead anyway).
Like you, I do want something better, but for many years I’ve had no energy to make it happen. Now I will try again. Thanks for reminding me.😊👍
